Managed talent development for 100+ program-based staff, playing a key role in scaling our platform to 35M+ monthly users(Y2025). By designing high-impact retention programs, I not only turned high-potential contributors into long-term partners but also built a reputation that naturally attracts high-intent, high-output talent, all while keeping operations lean and agile in a remote-first setup.
As the Cofounder, I built the company's operational infrastructure from scratch, including end-to-end recruitment and cross-functional workflows. I led the social media strategy, driving an organic growth of 2,500+ followers to reach a 10K+ total community milestone. Additionally, I partnered with the CEO to design and launch our digital courses, successfully securing the first 100+ premium subscribers and validating the business model.
Acted as a Group HRBP for several business units, aligning with business goals through HR strategies. Led recruitment for different levels of roles, including senior positions, driving cross-departmental org restructuring, full performance cycle management and talent retention.
Built an ISO-compliant training system, including 30+ policies from the ground up, achieving full adoption across 100+ corporate and frontline employees.
